Gear Pumps, Orbital Motors and Hydraulic Directional Control Valves

We specialise in three product groups that work equally well for repairs and for new hydraulic system builds. We work with manufacturers whose components have proven themselves for years in agricultural, forestry and industrial machinery.

HYDRAULIC GEAR PUMPS – single, tandem and multi-section pumps, including the Caproni brand. We select them by displacement, direction of rotation, shaft type, mounting flange and port connections.

HYDRAULIC MOTORS – M+S Hydraulic motors in a wide range of displacements, mounting types and shaft configurations. We also offer less common versions that are hard to find from typical suppliers, and we keep selected configurations in stock.

HYDRAULIC DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WALVES – monoblock and sectional valves, mechanically or electrohydraulically operated, including the Badestnost brand. We help you determine the number of sections, nominal flow rate, working pressure and control type.

Our range also includes piston pumps, hydraulic valves, filters, oil tanks, hydraulic test and measuring equipment and accessories needed for hydraulic power systems to work properly.

Hydraulics for Forestry Machinery

This is one of our key areas of expertise. We supply components for forestry trailers, hydraulic cranes, forwarders, harvesters, log splitters, wood chippers and woodworking machinery. Under heavy loads, correct selection of pumps, motors, directional control valves and system protection components is critical. We support both users repairing their own equipment and service companies looking for replacements.

ROLMUS Hydraulic Multipliers – Made in Poland

We are a distributor of Polish ROLMUS hydraulic multipliers. These are speed-increasing gearboxes used, among other things, to drive pumps from a tractor’s PTO shaft. We offer cast iron multipliers for gear and piston pumps in various ratios and mounting variants. We select them based on drive speed, pump parameters, transmitted power and torque.

Custom Hydraulic Tanks and Cylinders

In addition to standard tanks, we make custom-built hydraulic tanks based on the customer’s documentation or after jointly agreeing on dimensions, capacity and fittings. Filters, oil level gauges, filler caps and breathers are also available.

We also take orders for custom hydraulic cylinders. We match them to the machine’s requirements: stroke, piston and rod diameter, mounting style and port type. Cylinders are made from a drawing, dimensions or a sample, and as replacements for damaged parts that are no longer available.

Selecting hydraulic power components is more than looking up a part number. Customers contact us when the original part is unavailable, markings are illegible, or the machine still doesn’t work properly despite earlier repairs. We analyse the markings, mounting dimensions and operating parameters of the entire system.

A real-world example: a cherry shaker was fitted with an electrohydraulic directional control valve whose nominal flow rate was too low for the pump’s output, causing problems with spool shifting. After an on-site visit, we replaced the valve with a higher-capacity model and the machine started working correctly.
