biuro@rolmetplus.pl

or to the Seller’s address:

FLODI Kamil Błaszczyński

ul. Osiedle Lecha 8

62-571 Stare Miasto

Poland

7. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form provided by the Seller, but use of that form is not mandatory.

10. Where the Consumer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not required to refund the additional cost resulting from that choice.

11. The refund shall be made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the date on which the Seller receives the Consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement.

12. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Goods are received back or until the Consumer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods to the Customer that conform to the Sales Agreement.

These rights also apply to a Customer who is a natural person entering into a Sales Agreement directly related to their business activity, where it follows from the content of that agreement that it is not of a professional nature for that person, taking into account in particular the subject matter of their business activity disclosed in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).

In the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs and to whom consumer protection provisions do not apply, the Seller’s liability under the statutory warranty for defects in the Goods is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. If the Goods do not conform to the Sales Agreement, the Consumer may request their repair or replacement.

The Seller may replace the Goods where the Consumer requests repair, or repair the Goods where the Consumer requests replacement, if the method chosen by the Consumer to bring the Goods into conformity with the Sales Agreement is impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Seller.

If both repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs, the Seller may refuse to bring the Goods into conformity with the Sales Agreement.

The Consumer may request a reduction in the Price or withdraw from the Sales Agreement in the cases provided for by applicable law, in particular where the Seller has refused to repair or replace the Goods, has failed to bring the Goods into conformity with the Sales Agreement, the lack of conformity persists despite an attempt to remedy it, or the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious to justify a Price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement.

The Consumer may not withdraw from the Sales Agreement if the lack of conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement is minor.

Presentation of a fiscal receipt is not a condition for accepting a complaint. The Customer may also prove that the purchase was made from the Seller by other means.

6. In the case of a complaint concerning Goods, the Consumer shall make the Goods subject to repair or replacement available to the Seller. The Seller shall collect the Goods from the Consumer at the Seller’s expense.

The costs of repairing or replacing the Goods, including in particular shipping, transport, labour and material costs, shall be borne by the Seller.

7. The Seller shall respond to the Consumer’s complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. If the Seller fails to respond within this period, the complaint shall be deemed accepted.
